Choosing Your Handle Position: Select the handle position that best suits your preferred embossing orientation. If no position is selected, the embosser will be manufactured to emboss from the bottom of the page or envelope flap.
If You Choose the Top: This position allows you to emboss across the top of the document, from left to right.
If You Choose the Bottom: This position allows you to emboss across the bottom of the document, from left to right.
If You Choose the Left: This position allows you to emboss along the left side of the document, from top to bottom.
If You Choose the Right: This position allows you to emboss along the right side of the document, from top to bottom.
Returns and exchanges of stock merchandise require prior authorization. Contact us in advance with your order number, the items to return, and the reason. Approval is required before anything is sent back.
- Credit or exchange is available within 60 days of the original shipment date.
- Merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in good, resalable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.

- Custom-made products are non-returnable, except when the order was damaged or lost in transit, or we made a customization or spelling error.
