How to determine which impression frame will work with this VersaDater: If your impression frame has a "Label Window" you hae the newest version of the impression frame. Returns and exchanges of stock merchandise require prior authorization. Contact us in advance with your order number, the items to return, and the reason. Approval is required before anything is sent back.
- Credit or exchange is available within 60 days of the original shipment date.
- Merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in good, resalable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
